Somerset- Cornwall

Somerset beat Cornwall today 9.5-4.5, with the bottom 2 boards double- defaulted. I can't really give any details off hand, as I was scraping a draw right up until my last few minutes. Hopefully I'll be able to add a full match card at some point.

    An interesting titbit with regard to today's county matches: in both the Devon-Gloucestershire match and this one, there was a mobile phone incident. Further details can be found on this ECForum thread.

    I admit my phone rang... but it was not usual ring but ... alarm clock. It is strange with nowadays modern technology - alarm clock works even if phone is switched off. So bad.
